Steel fixing for the overpass bridge footings and associated civil structures. Working to a fixed, immovable event deadline, our crew installed all reinforcement to the engineer's drawings and handed each footing over ready for pour on programme.
Toyota – Thermal Energy Storage
Water Tank Foundation · Altona North, VIC · April 2026
Steel fixing for a 16.6 × 16.6 m, 450 mm thick bunded foundation slab supporting a 200 kL water tank, with heavy N24/N20 double-layer reinforcement, tank plinth and bund wall starters, delivered within Toyota's operating site.
STACK Data Centre – Substation MEL02
Transformer Bunds & Cable Pits · Truganina, VIC · Mar – Sep 2026
Steel fixing for four transformer bunds, including bund slabs, bund walls and water-retaining cable and drain pits. Each 300 mm bund slab carries a transformer of over 115 tonnes, with reinforcement placed carefully around dense HV conduit banks.
AusNet – Sydenham Terminal Station
500 kV Switchyard · Sydenham, VIC · May 2026
Fabricated and tied reinforcement cages across the new 500 kV switchyard: building landing footings, rack structure footings, six merging unit cages and cable trench junctions. Delivered with zero incidents, injuries or near-misses.
AusNet – Keilor Terminal Station
220/66 kV Transformer Bank · Keilor, VIC · May 2026
Steel fixing for two new transformer bays inside an energised terminal station: heavy-duty N28 transformer footings, bund slabs and hobs, cooler footings, environmental pits, the firewall beam and a trafficable cable trench, fixed to tight tolerances and handed over ready for pour on schedule.
Jemena – NEXTDC West Footscray
66/22 kV Transformer Enclosure · West Footscray, VIC · July 2026
Steel fixing for two transformer bays in the new enclosure supplying NEXTDC's West Footscray data centre, including the bunded floor slab, transformer plinths and bund walls, with spacing and cover checked throughout on an active, multi-trade site.
Asahi Beverages – Tulla Syrup Room
Bunded Tank Slab Upgrade · Tullamarine, VIC · May 2026
All reinforcement for a new tank slab carrying three 20 kL syrup tanks inside Asahi's operating production facility, with careful detailing around the tank zone, bund walls and trench drain. Passed inspection and handed over on time with no disruption to live operations.
